The Greenbelt Station is the terminal station of the Greenbelt Route (E Route) and Green Line Trains.

Above, from Metrorail platform looking south. Railroad tracks in right of photo are the CSXT mainline (old B&O Railroad) that carries freights and MARC. The platforms and shelters of the MARC Greenbelt Station are visible.

Above, from north end of Metrorail platform looking north. Railroad tracks at left edge of photo are the CSXT mainline (old B&O Railroad) that carries freights and MARC. Access road and Capital Beltway overpass bridges are visible in distance.

Above, from north end of Metrorail platform looking north. Railroad tracks at left edge of photo are the CSXT mainline (old B&O Railroad) that carries freights and MARC. Access road and I-95/I-495 Capital Beltway overpass bridges are visible in distance. This photo was taken from the same vantage point as the previous one, but with a 135 mm telephoto lens instead of 50 mm as previous. The tail track extends to north of the Beltway where the Greenbelt Service and Inspection Yard (S&I) is located.
